How We Help

Practice Areas

01

Immigration Law

From asylum applications to citizenship ceremonies, we walk with you through every step of your immigration journey. Harold Caicedo represents clients across all 50 states from Florida — because immigration law is federal, and your case deserves an attorney who knows the system inside out.

02

Political Asylum

Fleeing persecution is terrifying enough — navigating the U.S. asylum system shouldn't be. We prepare your case with the thoroughness it demands, represent you before immigration judges, and fight for the protection you came here seeking.

03

Deportation Defense

Facing deportation means facing the possibility of losing everything you've built. We pursue every legal avenue — cancellation of removal, prosecutorial discretion, waivers — to keep you here with your family. Your fight is our fight.

04

Visa Applications

Employment visas, investment visas, humanitarian visas, U-Visas for crime victims, religious visas, and labor certifications — whatever path brings you to the U.S., we handle the paperwork, the strategy, and the follow-through so you can focus on your future.

05

Citizenship & Naturalization

Becoming a U.S. citizen is more than a legal process — it's the culmination of years of hard work and sacrifice. We prepare you for every step, from the application through your citizenship interview, so you walk into that oath ceremony with confidence.

06

Personal Injury

Car accidents, slip and falls, boating injuries, medical malpractice, defective products — if someone else's negligence hurt you, we recover the compensation you're owed. You pay nothing unless we win your case.

07

Mediation

Not every dispute needs a courtroom. As a certified mediator, Harold Caicedo brings both sides to the table, facilitates honest conversation, and works toward solutions that leave everyone better off — faster and at a fraction of the cost of litigation.

4

Do Not Resist

If agents force entry, do not resist. State: "I do not consent to your entry. I wish to speak with a lawyer."

5
